Covering all that they had
The ruins of Akkad
The future was just a mirage
Of a world that never was
Decay of Akkad
The sun sets forever more
Over the old destroyed town
The ruins of Akkad
Everything can change
Even the most perfect soul
Akkad!

And thus ends our story

Of a bloody town
The story of how
Glory and men can destroy a land
