It crosses the street, halts its stridePasa la calle, detiene su andar
in the window of an old storeen la vidriera de un viejo almacén
and the old books seem to wanty los libros viejos parecen querer
to pull it deep into the dust, and thenarrastrarle muy dentro del polvo, y después
it crosses another street and stops againcruza otra calle y se vuelve a parar
in front of an old vase with salt flowers.frente a un viejo florero con flores de sal.
