I wake in darkness, cold and dead
His magic flowing through my head
I see through eyes that are not mine
My body moves along his line
He speaks the words that make me fight
His puppet dancing through the night
But somewhere deep inside this shell
I feel a memory start to swell

I hear a whisper in my mind
A trace of who I left behind

I am breaking through his chains
Fighting back against the reins
This is my body, this is my soul
I'm taking back what he has stole
The necromancer's grip grows weak
I find the voice I need to speak
I'm not his servant anymore
I remember what I'm fighting for

The memories flood back to me
He killed me, stole my destiny
He raised me from my shallow grave
To be his undead, mindless slave
But death did not erase my will
The woman that I was burns still
Inside this corpse he made of me
I'll break his curse and I'll be free

I feel the magic start to crack
The real me is fighting back

I am shattering his control
Reclaiming my corrupted soul
This is my mind, this is my fight

The necromancer's spell decays
I'm done obeying his dark ways
I'm not his weapon anymore
Now I'm the one who's keeping score

His eyes go wide, he feels me turn
Now it's his time to crash and burn
I'm coming for him, blade in hand
No longer following his command
He tries to bind me with his spell
But I've already broken out of hell
The undead rising on her own
Now I'll reclaim my stolen throne
I strike him down with all my rage
I'm free from his dark necromage
He falls before my righteous wrath
The puppet cut her master's path

I have shattered all his chains
Broken free from his dark reins
This is my body, this is my life
Even in death I'm alive
The necromancer now is dead
I'm free to think inside my head
I'm not his servant anymore
I won this undead civil war

I stand above his broken form
The puppet killed the one who warmed
His hands with magic dark and vile
I'm free at last after this trial
Though I'm still dead, I'm finally free
The necromancer cannot be
My will is mine, my choice, my own
The undead woman claims her throne
