it's no good to carry it around
you've got to go and let it out
and you can't hide from all your friends
without help it won't end

sometimes i can't recognize your face
your mind is off some place
i can tell when you want to die
your face it says goodbye

it's hard to see you this way
i'm not sure how long i'll stay
