Heat wave comes so suddenly
There's no time to hide
Bent and twisted tree trunks on the other side
Shrivelled water melons
Lie rotting in the sun
I'm just a poor man, please don't point that gun

I've been here about a year
No chance of getting home
Though may be I'll get sent back, set in solid stone
