As the big top comes to town,
But all is not what it seems here,
And I'm not clowning around.

There's a dark and twisted secret here,
Beneath the costumes and the lights,
Well each of these colourful characters,
Are coming for your children tonight.

This is the Circus,
The Circus of Horrors,

This is the Cir-curse,

But you can't leave,
The horrors of the CarnEvil.

Their big top tricks entertain you,
Behind closed doors this is your tomb,
Clowns lead away the children,
And they follow to their doom.

Whilst you laugh out loud your children cry,
As the painted faces change,
What once was a smile for all to see,
Is now distorted and deranged.

You won't believe your eyes,
A whole host of fascinating freaks,
In every shape and size,

Horrifying creatures,
Only here to perform,
But if you draw your attention,
To the back of the room,
Every exit has been blocked,
And you all await your doom,
No screaming and no crying,
Will be heard by anyone,
So sit down, shut up,
And enjoy the fucking fun.
