It’s hard to leave and disregard a hand that you were once dealt
It’s harder to live free in a world that chooses not promote health
The trap is real and yet we feel to take control of this life
Even when Babylon offers you to grab the wrong end of a knife
We take the deal, win the bet or lose at this game of chess
We sign our name, accept conditions of this unholy mess
Just as long as we find ourselves in the same boat as all of the rest
They set the stage and we seek favour in this Babylon

We deserve to see better days so let’s just keep going on
