Drift through the stages
Lost in deep sleep
The early morning
Brings lethargic breeze
Soft howling winds
From beyond the abstract veil
Minds outer realm
There's a cold world outside

In this state of Hibernation
We tend to sleep right through the storm
We are a state - a hiber-nation
And we're all slaves
To our comfort zones

There's sounding voices
Of those longing to be free
You could stop their weeping
And gnashing of teeth

Living life is easy
When youre sleepwalking
You close the shutters
Deafening the screams

Silence implies consent
All through the stages
Of deep sleep
Yet we remain on the fence
We are a hiber-nation!
