Desperté en una cámara de silencio me encontré,Awoke in a chamber of silence I found myself,
Sombrías sombras pintaban terror en la pared del receso,Sombre shades painted terror on the wall of the recess,
Un patrón insano apareció ante mis ojos cansados,Insane pattern appeared before my tired eyes,
'No me dejará en paz', pronto me di cuenta.„It won't leave me alone", I soon realized.
Mi mazmorra pintada de terror no tenía ningún tipo de puerta,My terror-painted dungeon had no kind of doorway,
Pero, ¿qué locura me había llevado a este lugar?But, what madness had forced me to this place?
El encogimiento de mi prisión atrapó mi atención,The shrivelling of my prison grabbed my attention,
A medida que se acercaba, me sumergí en una tensión nerviosa.As it was getting closer, I sank into nervous tention.

Paredes brillantes y pureza destacaban este receso aislado.Bright walls and purity featured this secluded recess.
A pesar de que la oscuridad desapareció, todavía tengo dudas:Despite that darkness disappeared, I still have misgivings:
¡Esta mazmorra mía es real y lo otro fue un sueño!This dungeon of mine is real and yonder was a dream!
La certeza de la separación detiene mi mente sobria,Certainty of separation detains my sober-mind,
La tentación de escapar vuelve locos y ciega mis sentidos,Temptation to escape makes my senses mad and blind,
Mi feroz cerebro sufre por el sonido del zumbido,My fierce brain suffers from the sound of humming
Dentro de mi alma temblorosa la voz sigue diciendo:Within my shuddering soul the voice keeps saying:

'Te has perdido tu fe„You have lost your faith
Tu confianza y libertadYour trust and freedom

Estás desolado'You are desolate"

La adrenalina en mis venas envenena mi cerebro retorcido,Adrenalin in my veins poisons my twisted brain,
No puedo ampliar los límites de mi detención,I cannot broaden the bounds of my detention
Mi feroz cerebro sufre por el sonido del zumbido,My fierce brain suffers from the sound of humming
