In this eternal realm where choices are denied
Immortal, yet still by fate confined
Shall we live with no power to decide - is this life?
Or embrace the uncertain, undenied?
To be free for the first time, to live and die

And while the dice are rolling on this table called life
Waiting for numbers to reveal how we're going to strive
Helpless we dance a dance someone has scripted for us all
Believing we're making the show

The weight of indecision, a burden to bear
I question if I'm truly aware
Do we hold sway over fate's elusive wonders?
Are we pawns in a game unseen
As we, unaware, still try to alter destiny's keen?
