Flying day and night
Jetlagged and empty inside
I'm looking forward to my release
This heavy load is killing me
I can only take so much
I'm fighting to get out of this rut
It's nearly over, approaching the end
I'll dodge this bullet or end up left for dead.

I'm dying slowly...feeling lonely...it controls me!
I cannot sleep...so frail and meek, buried too deep...and badly beat!!
When will this reign come to an end in my head
I wish that I saved what I've thrown away...a mistake

These nightmares are going away
I couldn't let them take control of me
You seem surprised by the choices I took
Are you that blind? Did you even look?
I've grown sick of all of this
Seems everything has gone amiss
I'm so sick of being held back
The strength I have will help me through this mess
