As The Silent Womb Crumbles

Midnight! The Horror-Flies waltz again!
The milk hath turned black
The Silence grows louder, my eyes pale two shades
...as the silent womb crumbles

Gods! I have wept for thee, to no avail.
A soul dead and lost, a mind grown so pale.
When did the silence, the madness consume
When did the silence, become so abaundant?

Shadow of my former shadow
Rotten steps interred within
The rainy cemetery of my mind.

The gates close once again
The path is left unclean
The way is shut, for all my tales are swallowed!

In place of necessity leaves that fertile ground
barren and sore

The master sits childless, alone and unheard
Locked in his midnight keep
All alone, undisturbed
