Descending Into Madness

Death bound, tied to this bed I wait
My impending doom, slowly dying
The nosocomic air, through machines, I breath
Soon to be cold as this atmosphere

Why must this happen to me?
I'm just a hollow shell
Sleepless, rotting away

The sickness spreads killing cell by cell
There is no cure to deliver me from pain
Staring at my remains deep in this sorrow
I face my darkest hour here, insanity dwells

Why must this happen to me?
To decompose alive
So hard to realise

Deaceasing, turning into dinner to the worms
As death approache, I fade into oblivion
Lost in thoughts, bound to suffer (to rot)

I'm dead before I die
Too numb to realise
There is no hope
