Dreams

My dreams have been really wild–vibrant, liminal spaces
Weird things, endless dark corridors, strange creatures
Oddities, vast empty places
I'm the only one left in this liminal world
I'm not scared, just confused
Because this vibe brings me peace
While simultaneously stirring up anxiety and loneliness
I think I'm in dreamcore and the backrooms

There are dark rooms and colorful rooms
And a TV playing things I've never seen in my life
There are huge, pitch-black holes, strange trees
And all sorts of things that make me feel both anxious and at peace
I like the vibe of being alone in this place
I tried getting into a pool to have some fun and explore
But I didn't have the nerve–what if that black hole sucked me in?
There are strange but friendly beings here
They told me not to stay in the dark, though I didn't quite get it
Oh, wait, I'm in the Backrooms

I lay down to sleep and woke up in this place–it's so different
Oh wow, did I smoke something and I'm hallucinating
Or did I take something before passing out?
I don't think so, since I don't use anything illicit
This place is so different, so empty
Yet I love this vibe and the dreamcore feeling so much
I find the Backrooms a bit scary, but I get used to it
I absolutely love these liminal dreams of mine

I feel strange being in such a colorful place
Since my favorite color is black
I don't know how I'll get out of here–
Will I have to go through something dangerous to leave
Or am I destined to live here forever?
I absolutely love this place
I'm enjoying the peace and solitude of my dreamcore and Backrooms dreams–
Don't kill my vibe, just let me dream of my dreamcore and liminal Backrooms world

I'm loving living here
Don't you dare wake me from my dreams
Pull me out of my dreamcore world
And make me lose the peace of my liminal dreamcore world
