Here's a stab at 'weatherman'

Somebody just pulled the plug on my weatherman
It wasn't too bright, but they needed my

Somebody stole my weatherproof gentleman
Left on a coat (?) in the sun

He was a kind man who always stood up for me
Never gave reason to dream he would lie
Always intriguing, never showed apathy
He never brought a tear to my eyes

It might be nice if you'd be my weatherman
Take me in, far away from the cold
Cause i was always a girl who would talk too much
Always losing control...
