Assignment disclosed
Agruesome dead
To murder civilians, form a firing squad

A choice is given

Gotta march them to death
They are hardly human
Skin, bones and rags

All the bloodshed, not easy to withstand
Holding breath, the trigger is pulled again

One by one they drop down dead
Day by day schnapps will clear my head
No more feelings just follow commands
Numbed senses it became a routine grind

Shame has gone, acid taste of fear
Bloodlust, putrid smell of carnage
Human horror, eager for a hunt
Kill at will, the enemy shall be undone

War is hell, terror overgrown
It's only duty and the power above
Sacrifice, one truth shall reign
No matter how mean, no matter the way
